Fill your freezer with approximately 140-160 LBS of 21 day dry-aged, grass-fed & NON-GMO VERIFIED grain finished WAKaushi American WAGYU Beef that is raised locally at Pure Country Farms in Ephrata, Washington.

This deposit is essential for us to get started.  

*DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE* once the beef has been harvested.  

Final payment is determined on the carcass weight of your half beef and you will be invoiced right before your beef is ready for pick up or prior to shipping.

On average our WAKaushi Beef carcasses range in weight between 420-480 lbs.

Final price is calculated using this formula:

Average Carcass Weight of a HALF BEEF= 450 lbs

For CUSTOM CUT AND WRAP ORDERS, we estimate that it could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks before your order will ship out.  When your order deposit comes in we will send you a CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS SHEET where you will be able to tell us what cuts you want with your beef.  We will also be able to give you a better estimate of how long it may take before the order ships out due to availability and when harvest begins.  We do everything we can to finalize your order as soon as we possibly can.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
