Fill your freezer with 21 Day Dry-Aged, Grass-Fed & NON-GMO VERIFIED Grain finished beef that is raised locally at Pure Country Farms in Ephrata, Washington.

ONLY $400.00 Deposit per half beef Due Today, Remaining Due prior to pickup/shipping (shipping extra- estimated $50/box for ZONE 1, estimated $80/box for ZONES 2-5 for expedited shipping).

 Final payment is determined on the carcass weight of the half beef and you will be invoiced right before your beef is ready for pick up/ship out.  Please allow us 48 hours after deposit is made (during normal business hours) to gather information needed prior to pick up or shipping if you chose shipping.

On average our beef carcasses range in weight between 380 lbs to 450 lbs for a HALF carcass.

Final price is calculated using this formula:

Average Carcass Weight of a HALF BEEF= 400 lbs

We have taken all the guesswork out of trying to figure out what cuts to get. 

Unless you are wanting to get all fancy with your steaks (for example let’s say you want all your RIBEYES to be TOMAHAWK STEAKS or you want to get Porterhouse Steaks instead of Tenderloin Steaks AND New York Steaks) then the STANDARD option is perfect for most everybody!

FAMILY FAVORITES

A large combination of Stew Meat and Stir Fry/Fajita Meat, Kabob Meat, Short Ribs, Ground Beef and Ground Beef Patties are also part of the standard cut option.

With the STANDARD CUT option, all steaks (except for steaks with a *) will be cut a 1 ¼” thick.  All Roasts will be cut into approximately 3 lb Roasts (except for Tri Tip Roast and Brisket Roast- Brisket will be cut in HALF for shipping purposes).

With the READY TO PICK UP OR SHIP Beef option we attach a LOT # to each HALF BEEF order, allowing us to carefully keep track of the carcass weight for final billing.

All products are carefully packaged in COV packaging and labeled making it easy for you to go "grocery shopping" in the comfort of your own home!
