Shipping is additional; and ranges in price- please email onlineorders@purecountry.us for a quote- prices range between $35-$60 PER BOX for ground shipping depending on where it is going AND IT TAKES 2-3 Boxes per half hog depending on how good we are able to play "Tetris" with the meat cuts.  Shipping to zones 3-4 and 5 require overnight shipping.

AVERAGE total Boxed Meat Weight = guaranteed to always be 75 lbs PER  HALF of boxed pork products.

EACH HALF order is perfect for a family of 2-4, double the order with 2 halves and its perfect for 4-6!

Fill your freezer with FREE RANGE & NON-GMO VERIFIED Heritage Breed pork that is raised locally at Pure Country Farms in Ephrata, Washington.

You will receive a variety of pork cuts from each half hog,  The variety of cuts include Pork Roasts (butt roasts, picnic roasts, and a brisket roast), 1 Spare Rib per half, pork stir fry, pork tenderloin, Bone in Chops, Boneless Chops, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Ham (either a whole ham or 2 half hams- depends on what option we have in stock), Ground Pork, and a combination of all our Ground Sausage flavors.

If you want a WHOLE HOG simply add two Half Pig ORDERS to your cart and you will basically receive double the amount of product list above.

**SPECIAL NOTE; our whole and half pig options are a very special cut we call them the EQUIVALENT.  Here is the story why:

The Klingeman Family (Pure Country Farms) is also the owner of Pure Country Harvest, a USDA inspected processing plant in Moses Lake, WA.  At this time the harvest facility is not capable of smoking ham and bacon so we ship off large amounts at a time to a very special meat smoking facility to do large batches of bacon and hams for our half and whole pig orders as well as for all of the stores our farm services.  We also do this with all the trim, to be able to make large batches of ground pork and ground sausage.  This allows us to be more efficient and streamlined and also be able to offer a high quality product.  When doing individual orders customers are not able to have the many options if it weren’t for this meat swap formula we have created which allows us to keep our costs down for our customers benefit.  

Rest assured EVERYONE has been loving this option as it allows our customers to get their products so much faster.  No one likes waiting, and if we had to do small batches for every single order that came in, costs would be higher and nobody wants that!  🙂
