These cattle are raised out on abundant grass lands and then brought to the farm feed corrals to be finished on high quality NON-GMO VERIFIED Grains to produce the most nutritious and flavorful farm raised beef you will ever taste.

This box includes a minimum of 50 lbs. of our Semi-Angus Beef products.  

You will receive

• 25 lbs Premium Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages  
• 5 lbs Premium Ground Beef Hand Pressed Beef Patties in convenient  1 lb packages (depending on availability these may be 1/4 lb or 1/3 lb patties)
• a combination of Savory Cuts such as: Chuck Roast, Round Roasts (top and/or bottom), 1/4 Brisket Roast, packages of fajita meat and short ribs.
• and a combination of Elite Steaks such as: Sirloin Tip Steaks, Top Sirloin Steaks, *New York Steaks, *Rib Eye Steaks, Tenderloin Steaks.

Pictures included are only a representation of what the product will look most like.  Unfortunately we do not have photos of some items.

*New Yorks and Ribeyes may be BONE IN or BONELESS, whichever is in stock at the time of order.  SORRY we are unable to accommodate a choice at this time.

*Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.  *All 1/8 Shares will range between 50-55 lbs in meat which is dependent on the carcass weight of the animal.

How it works: 

You reserve your 1/8 Beef Share today with a $300 deposit.  The final estimated weight is NO LESS than 50 lbs of premium beef.

Typically we will have these available in STOCK and ready to SHIP.  However depending on the popularity of our program will determine if we will be able to ship your box within 1 week of ordering.  Please allow us up to 6 weeks to complete your 1/8 share order.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($450). Then we will ship it directly to your door in 2 big boxes. Your beef will arrive frozen!

EACH 1/8 BEEF = $750.00 (if you want a 1/4 beef simply add 2 shares to your cart).

Step 1: Determine how many "shares" you would like and add them to your cart.  

1 share= 1/8th BEEF; 2 shares= 1/4 BEEF; 4 shares= 1/2 BEEF; 8 shares= WHOLE BEEF

Step 2:  Pay your Deposit here = $300.00 per SHARE

Step 3: We process your order and begin preparing your box with the combination of cuts above.

Step 4: Once the order is ready for shipping we will email you an invoice for the final payment.

Step 5: Pay the final payment = $450.00 per SHARE 

"Shares" come from beef cuts that have already been cut and wrapped.  We do not allow custom cut and wrap for SHARES

Packaging:  All cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled.

Freezer Space:  An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in your regular freezer compartment with plenty of extra space.
