DEPOSIT - CUSTOM HALF Beef

DEPOSIT FOR A HALF BEEF- CUSTOM CUT AND WRAP

Final Price is based off the carcass weight of the animal at $6.90/lb (includes your custom cut and wrap instructions, harvest and processing fees).  If you want a whole beef simply add two deposits to your cart and you will receive a .10/discount on the whole carcass weight.

DEPOSIT: ONLY $700.00 PER HALD Due Today, Remaining Due AT PICK UP or prior to shipping.

This deposit is essential for us to get started.  

*DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE once your beef is taken to harvest.

On average our HALF Beef carcasses range in weight between 400 lbs to 475 lbs. 

Final price is calculated using this formula:

Average Carcass Weight of a HALF BEEF= 450 lbs

Price PER Pound for CUSTOM CUT/WRAP= $6.90/lb for half (for a whole option it is $6.80/lb)

450 lbs X $6.90 = $3105 per half

for a whole estimate 800 lbs X $6.80/lb=  $5440.00

For CUSTOM CUT AND WRAP ORDERS, we estimate that it could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks before your order will be ready for pick up or ship.  Possibly up to 12 weeks depending on your reservation number and beef carcass availability. 

When your order deposit is paid you will be able to download the CUSTOM CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS SHEET where you will be able to tell us what cuts you want with your beef. 

We will also be able to give you a better estimate of how long it may take before the order is ready for pick up.

If you choose shipping, we will get you a shipping estimate as soon as we know the final boxes weight.

We do everything we can to finalize your order as soon as we possibly can.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you do not want to wait 6-8 weeks (or longer depending on our schedule) you could purchase our READY TO PICK UP OR SHIP HALF Beef options where we use our Elite Standard Cut specs that include a wide variety of amazing cuts instead of Custom.
